Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Raas Rang, Pune
These terms apply to every pass for Raas Rang (11–15 October 2026, TurfGPT, Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra) bought on this website, at the venue, or issued by the organisers of Raas Rang (“we”, “us”, “the organiser”). By booking or using a pass you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or above who is able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the guests on your booking and for sharing these terms with them.
2. Your pass
A pass is a revocable licence to enter the event on the night(s) it covers — it is not a property right. Each person receives their own QR ticket. Each QR code admits one person once per night; after it is scanned it cannot be used again that night. 1-night passes are valid only on the night(s) chosen at booking; season passes are valid once on each of the five nights.
Season passes are personal and non-transferable: they are valid once per night on all five nights, for the named holder only, and the holder’s first name may be checked at the gate. Season passes are sold only until the season sales cut-off (12 October 2026 at 4:00 am IST); after that, 1-night passes remain available.
Re-entry: each QR code works once per night, so same-night re-entry is not supported by the ticket itself. Re-entry may be allowed at the organiser’s discretion using a hand stamp or wristband issued at the gate.
Passes may not be resold for profit or used for commercial promotion without our written consent. Passes obtained through unauthorised sellers, fraud or chargebacks may be cancelled.
3. Entry rules
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID; the organiser or venue security may ask to see it. Entry is through security screening. Re-entry and gate timings are as announced at the venue. Please follow the instructions of the organiser, volunteers and venue staff at all times.
4. Right of admission
The organiser reserves the right of admission. We may refuse entry, or remove anyone from the venue without a refund, for misconduct, harassment, intoxication, unsafe behaviour, breach of these terms or of venue rules, or on the instructions of security or the police.
5. Prohibited items
Weapons or sharp objects, illegal substances, outside alcohol, fireworks or flammable items, glass bottles, and anything security considers unsafe are not allowed. Prohibited items may be confiscated and are not returned.
6. Lost or shared QR codes
Keep your QR tickets private — anyone holding a QR code can use it once per night, and we cannot tell who shared it. The first valid scan is admitted; later scans of the same code that night are refused. If you lose your tickets, use Find my tickets or contact us. We are not responsible for QR codes that were shared, posted online or copied.
7. Changes to the event
The programme, schedule, music, artists, layout and timings may change. If a night is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example weather, government orders or emergencies), beyond what that policy provides.
8. Limitation of liability
You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your personal belongings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser’s total liability to you in connection with a pass is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Photography and filming
The event may be photographed and filmed by the organiser and its partners. By attending, you consent to appearing in photos and videos that may be used to promote Raas Rang on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be featured in a specific post, contact us and we will consider your request.
10. Payments, refunds and delivery
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and ticket delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Grievances
For any complaint or grievance, contact the organisers of Raas Rang at raasrangpune@gmail.com or +91 86687 05817 or +91 91194 21020. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
