Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

Raas Rang passes are digital tickets. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

How tickets are delivered

• Instantly on screen: right after a successful payment, your QR tickets appear on the booking confirmation page — one QR per person — with options to download them or save them to your photos.
• By email: when email delivery is enabled, a link to your tickets is sent to the email address you booked with.
• Any time later: on the Find my tickets page, using your Razorpay payment ID (or booking reference) and the mobile number you booked with.

Each guest can be sent their own ticket link, for example on WhatsApp.

Delivery time

Tickets are usually delivered within a few minutes of payment, and in most cases instantly.

Didn’t receive your tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets within 2 hours of a successful payment, first try Find my tickets, then contact us at raasrangpune@gmail.com or +91 86687 05817 or +91 91194 21020 with your payment ID. If a payment failed, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Validity

Tickets are valid only for the event dates and nights shown on them (11–15 October 2026, 5 PM onwards, at TurfGPT, Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra). Each QR code works once per night it covers.
